I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and find a new procurement specialist or some new solution to improve procurement, supply chains and work with suppliers. I suggest you consider implementing precoro software into your business, which will provide you with full control over all stages of the procurement process from order creation to acceptance. You will be able to effectively control your expenses, track the movement of supplies and much more.
