I had the same issue recently, and after trying a few different numbers, 844-928-0428 was the one that finally got me connected to a real person. Make sure you call during their business hours, and when prompted by the automated system, press “0” or say “agent” repeatedly to bypass the menu. It may take a few minutes, but stay on the line.
