At first, I felt incredible—clearer mind, better workouts—but around week two, I noticed headaches and an upset stomach. Turns out, I was taking too much too fast. Once I reduced the dose and made sure it was purified (I now only use Fulvic-grade resin), the Shilajit side effects stopped. Everyone’s body reacts differently—so start slow, listen to your body, and quality matters. It’s powerful, but not one-size-fits-all. Hope this helps someone out there.
